Our Story
Josh Noland grew up in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of catering from an early age. When Josh was just two years old, his father started a catering company, and before long, Josh was learning the business from the inside out. By 13, he was already working parties alongside his dad, helping in the kitchen, serving guests, and learning what it takes to make an event run smoothly.
After growing up in the catering world, Josh went on to explore other paths. He worked as a camp ranger, developed a passion for health and wellness, and even wrote books about the benefits of eating more protein. But over time, he found his way back to the work that had shaped him from childhood: cooking for people, serving families, and helping hosts create events their guests would remember.
In 2014, Josh’s BBQ Catering was born. Today, Josh runs the business with his father and younger brother, keeping the company rooted in family, hard work, and personal service. What started as years of behind-the-scenes learning has become a full-service BBQ catering company known for fresh on-site grilling, slow-smoked meats, generous portions, and food that brings people together.
